I just spent most of the day on the HGTV decorating board getting help with deciding on a color to paint my office. The furniture will be delivered in 6 weeks so I gotta get the room painted and the old stuff moved out before my eye surgery. Doing well staying OP and drinking water but not so well with exercising. I walked the boys today but did more running than walking because it was so cold and windy!
Sassy--Hugs
to you and hope you are doing better. We all have our times of needing someone to talk to and I just wanted you to know that you are being thought of. Hang in there hon!Jane--Ouch....How's the knee? I hope you didn't do any damage.
Cristina--I love to read but haven't done much over the holidays. I'm always looking for a good book.
Hey ya'll to all those that I missed. Trying to do a quick post here before settling down to watch the Biggest Loser. I got a question to throw out to everyone.....How would you handle this...
My ds is getting married Nov 15 of this year and has been engaged for over a year with the date set now for several months. My sister just announced that she is engaged to a guy that she has only know for a little over 6 mo and is planning to have a big wedding in Oct of this year. I told her point blank that I would appreciate her not planning a wedding so close to her nephew's because it might cause tension in the family as to whose wedding to attend....her's his or both. My ds wedding will be 4 hrs away and most will have to get a hotel and another sister will have to fly in from NC. If they all attend her wedding a few weeks earlier (which will be here, in town), those who live out of state will not be able to attend both wedding due to cost and time off from work. I'm at a loss for words. I don't want to rain on her parade but I would think that considering she is 33 and this will be her first wedding that she would want all the attention and not have to compete with another wedding so close to hers. What do you think??
Talk a little later.....

How's Nick? Babies sure do generate a lot of laundry, don't they?
Don't over do it though, you don't want to end up like me and throw your back out. I don't know if that's what I did but who knows. Glad you are liking the dvd's.
I wanna read some more, lol. Oh well..I'm starting book 4 in a little bit. Its called "Turn Me On" by Cherie Jeffrey. It sounds really funny.
