wtg t!!!! im tryiong my best and if i eat a fatty meal i eat cereal for dinner. thats the best i can do for now(besides fiber pills and carb pills and acv. sup l? yeah tell me bout it. how ya doin? |

I don't know T if I will do the 10 week thing...probably not. It doesn't look like there are to many people on the site. I will keep an eye on it though cause it lists the best games for a good workout. They said mario and sonic was a great one to get moving A- I gained two stupid pounds this morning and I have no idea where it came from. I stayed within points did everything right....Oh well back to the drawing board |

I hope so....I've seemed to be just everywhere on the scale this week. I need to get to the store. I don't have many snacks in the house that I can enjoy when I really need one. DD made cookies tonight and I had two but stayed where I needed to be without going over. I love cereal for snacks and meals sometimes...fills you up without to many calories. When you get moved A you should look into getting a Wii. Lots of low impact exercise. I have a week and a half this week before going to a meeting. I was going to go Friday again but thought why do that when I have my regular meeting on Tuesday. Although I may weigh in on Friday then just wait for my tuesday meeting. |

l, hang in there ok? i know its hard im having a hard time too but at least im up for struggling rather than tossing the towel totally. ive nothing planned for today so i should be fine with my food. l are you gonna watch bl couples tom night? i am thats why i rented a hotel room just so i could watch. i cant do wii cuz of bein disabled but i have a brand new nautilus gym and a treadmill waiting for me in my new garage along with a leg press machine and a free weight set and a gym membership w a pool in it. |
Scale this morning said I was back down to 241 YAY!!!! Anything from here is an actual loss :carrot: I think I understand the reason for the gain. I think it was from eating to late. Sometimes I end up eating dinner late and I think with the food still in there it shows up on the scale the next morning. Last night I ate early and I'm back down.
YES!!!!! I'm watching BL tomorrow :dance: I've been waiting until the end of last season for it to start. DD is into it too. Thats the only night I let her stay up tp watch anything :lol: |

you can do it! i rented a room just to watch it in peace and comfort. dont get caught up in when you eat---its not the when its the what and how much that counts. its the overall that counts notwhen you eat it. am po i had a fight w my bro. that and im one giant ball of pain lately w my sciatica on the left side and its getting worse |
