Way to go Tara :cheer: I was down a pound this morning too :D Will probably gain it back today though. Had fast food for lunch :mcd:..... then Dh wants to do steaks on the grill tonight. What the heck do you mean when it gets WARMER :hot: I have to do laundry before 10am so that the dryer doesn't heat up the house so much the A/C can't keep up...or wait until after 6:30 pm. IT"S SOOOOOOOO FREAKIN HOT!!!!!

A- glad they could get you in on a Thursday. Waiting until tuesday would have made an awful holiday weekend.

I have the house all to myself. Dh took DD swimming..Packed them lots of sunblock and drinks so they should be gone all day :carrot: I need to get the house cleaned up and it's so much easier when they are not under foot making new messes along the way :yay: Okay back to cleaning

hey l! how ya doin? im ok, but i am sore bc when my anxiety gets as bad as ut was yest in the chair i become hercules w/o realizing it and start pushing myself up out of the chair til im basically hangin by my arms. my body tends to shake unfer extreme stress and its been shaking alot lately but yest was the worst. he cleaned out the plaque i hope itll help.

A, so you should be feeling a little beter from that though?

ok im up 2 lbs. i started last mon at 155 after my binging and was 149.2 on ffri then on wi day was 149.2 i left off at 146----scale must go dn. bl starts tom night you guys!!!

Where are you T that it's already COLD??? Even the mornings here are hot. That sounds exciting ...can't wait to join too. My Mother in law said she has lost 20 something pounds since joining. I remember seeing her ribbon when she lost 10 pounds.
I am up a pound but Still down .6 from buying the scale on thursday.

im in ny and its almost like spring which ids why the dam pool is like ice water its only about 75 degrees in there which is why im only dswimming bout half the time i was. i think its time to fill the other 1/2 w tread and weights again like i did bf the pool opened.

Thats crazy ...you guys are freezing and I'm still hearing about 101 degree afternoons. That would be the feel like temp the actual temp is around 95. At least we are getting some rain which cools us off yet seems to make it feel like a steam room the next morning.

I didn't get to watch BL ...DD was in slow mode so by the time I was done getting her ready for tomorrow morning ......school work, clothes out ,stuff signed , her studying and reading* cuz she waits until the last minute* the time got away from me. Will try again next week.

I looked up that monthly pass thing for WW... they don't have it in our area:( They do however have a join for $25.00 special :) That really suxs that they don't have that pass in my county

l im sorry youre sweatin i wish we were! you didnt miss bl sweetie its ontonight(tue) i emailed you so you dont midss it. that does suck bout the pass but do they offer tickets?(similar to the pass but its on a weekly basis) its usually like 100 for like 2 1/2 months worth.

Way to go T :cheer: your on your way to ONEDERLAND...Halloween already??? My daughter hates halloween. Other than the trick or treating part :lol: Funny that she does cause she was almost a Halloween baby.
Are you two going to see the new halloween movie? We have halloween horror nights down here. It's really scary ...I bet your DF would love it.

Not sure on the tickets A....When I sign up I will find out. I wanted to try and go this week but not for sure just yet. I wrote down all the meeting times and looks like I could make one out of three. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays....not always on Wednesdays but I will try it once just to see if I like that group over the others....oh and Saturdays if i can't make it during the week. Mondays and Thursday they only have evening meetings. Of course my Thursdays are normally always free but oh well. The other town I was going to try only has two meets. One evening on Monday and Friday in the morning.

hey l, no i hate halloween too and no to the movie not my thing. it tells you online if they offter the tickets under specials when you enter your zip and click the center you wanna go to, im sure they do but its ok cuz you cant get em online only in ww. also i disagree w t(sorry t!) you not missin nothin w etools it stinks you can get the same for free at ***********.com

I loveee halloween :D I like the getting scared part of it. I'm weird like that though. DD on the other hand doesn't even like to walk into the halloween part of department stores. I don't think I will go to the movie either...don't have anyone to go with. If my daughter can't watch the movie than I usually don't even bother going. Did you ever go and see daddy day camp? I've went to that WW site a few times and it doesn't give me to much info another than times and location of meetings. I'm sure I will get more info after going to a meeting. I'm excited though about going...Thanks to Tara sharing how much she likes it :hug: To bad we all didn't live closer we could all car pool.
