Hey Ladies

Hope all is well. I got my start of the school year cold and had to take off work yesterday. I haven't worked out much this week - being doped up on cold medicine - but I haven't gained any weight. I suppose my taste buds are all out of whack.

Tracy - Good for you for not gaining anything with as busy as you've been.
Losing - My work is starting weight watchers in October - and I'm thinking about joining then - So let me know if you join and how you like it.
Olivia - Keep up the good work!!
Lisa - If sounds like you have a solid plan.

Tracy- Ahhh school time again. Yes back to the running to practices and keeping all the dates and times correct. My daughter starts chorus next week. That is our first activity of the year. Running around finding uniforms and the correct color of shoes has been an activity for me

Lisa- have you tired sugar free candy? It isn't to bad at all. I can even get my daughter to eat it and not even know it's SF.
I did find another scale today. This time I got the basic. The last scale had everything and didn't last more than 2 years. This one has a battery I can actually find in normal stores too. And if I have to replace it in another two years I will not feel so cheated.

Mae- Yeah ...I think I'm going to do it. I have a few people who tell me how much they love the support they get. I will for sure let you know how it goes
