Default Question

Okay...I'm new. REALLY new.

I know we are to limit are carbs...even the "good" ones. I don't really want to have to figure out what percentage of my calories are coming from carbs. Is it safe to assume if I eat three servings of the good carbs per day...that is enough? Or maybe it is too much? For instance...if I make a sandwich for lunch..that's two. then maybe some brown rice (1/2 cup) with dinner would be three.

Just curious. I'm on my way to the library this weekend to get the book and read read read!

I love that I am not feeling hungry. This is gonna be a good plan...I can tell! Oh! I actually walked on the treadmill for the first time in forever yesterday...another amazing feat! LOL

Thanks for all the help
