  • Monday- 4 mile WATP
  • Tuesday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Tuesday- 3 mile WATP
  • Monday - Curves and Shopping and Housework!!
    Tuesday - Curves
  • Wednesday: Upper body weight lifting workout
  • Wednesday: Curves and a stretching video... feeling a little stiff
  • Wednesday: 40 minutes of water aerobics
  • Thursday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Friday: Lower body workout
  • Thursday and Friday - CURVES
  • Friday: 15 minutes of water aerobics. (I bet I am sunburned! Went out at 12 noon like an idiot! Otherwise I would have stayed out there for 30.)
  • Friday- Walk N' Kick video
    Saturday- will be 3 mile WATP
    Sunday- Either Ramp it Up(strength training) or 4 Mile WATP
  • Friday: Another 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Saturday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
