New to SB.... some questions.

  • Soooo... basically I'm sopposed to avoid the statchy sugary foods and exercise at least 20 minutes 4 times a week, right? I've been on Weight Watchers and I have lost 32 lbs and have hit a plateau. I'm hoping SB will help my weight continue to decrease. Does SB work well and does the weight stay off easy?

Also, can I have alfredo sauce or katchup or bbq sauce, A1... things like that?

    Thanks!!!
  • Hi Heather! Sugarbusters allows foods that are less than 3 grams of sugar per serving, and that do not contain certain foods that are not allowed, like white sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes, pineapple, corn in any form (including dextrose!). It does allow whole grains, brown rice, and sweet potatoes in moderation. If you have not read the book, I strongly suggest you do that, just so you understand how the diet works. If you have questions, please join the main group over on the weekly support thread. That is where most of us tend to go most often, and your questions will be answered more quickly there. Congrats on how well you have done so far! I hope Sugarbusters helps you reach your goal. There are a few others who switched to Sugarbusters to break a plateau, and stayed!
