Soooo... basically I'm sopposed to avoid the statchy sugary foods and exercise at least 20 minutes 4 times a week, right? I've been on Weight Watchers and I have lost 32 lbs and have hit a plateau. I'm hoping SB will help my weight continue to decrease. Does SB work well and does the weight stay off easy?
Also, can I have alfredo sauce or katchup or bbq sauce, A1... things like that?
