  • Monday- 2 mile WATP(30 min)
  • Monday: 30 minutes water aerobics 25 minute walk
  • Tuesday - Walk with my friend 4 miles



  • Monday-- 1 hour Curves.

    Tuesday-- Walked 4 miles with Buddy and friends.
  • Tuesday- Walk n' Kick video
  • Wednesday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Thursday-- Walked 4 miles with my Buddy.
  • Wednesday: 40 minutes of water aerobics
  • Thursday: 35 minutes of water aerobics
  • Friday: 1.5 mile walk & jog
  • Wednesday- 2 mile deluxe walk(aerobics, 30 min)..this is by Leslie Sansone, but not like her WATP. It's really aerobics, and the intensity is higher because you reach 2 miles by 25 minutes.

    Thursday- 3 mile WATP

    Friday- 3 mile WATP

    Going ahead and listing tomorrow's AND Sunday...

    Saturday- Walk n' Kick video
    Sunday- 4 mile WATP
  • Friday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Saturday: 55 minutes of water aerobics and 20 minutes walking
  • Sunday: 30 minutes of walking/jogging, and 30 minutes of water aerobics
