Its a 45 minute Video but I am so out of shape that I only made it into 25 minutes that includes the warm up. Plus it includes weights and that makes it that much harder but I need toning in places so its best for me.
Tuesday: Walked one mile to breakfast, and one mile home for a total of two plus breakfast...which was totally legal. It was a two egg omelet with ham and cheese, and tomato slices instead of toast!
Tuesday: Walked to the library and back, came back and got Junior and walked to the post office and back...total of about an hour of slow-ish walking (had Kyle with me)
Tuesday: Additionally, I gave the dog a bath. For those of you that don't think that washing a dog is exercise, they you have never given a 110lb Old English Sheepdog a bath
Wednesday: Walked Kyle to preschool, then to the post office and home. About 45 mins total. I may mow the lawn, too.
