  • Thursday: 30 minutes of water jogging, and 20 minutes of 'strolling'.
  • Last nite I got in 30 min of my exercise video and am paying for it today...lol
  • 1 hr of walking in and around Walmart and tonite I'm going to try out another new workout video by Denise Austin for fat burning.
  • Saturday: 20 minutes of water aerobics
  • Sunday: 45 minutes walking...about 2 miles

    60 minutes of water aerobics.
  • Monday- 1 hr water aerobics
    Tuesday- 1 hr water aerobics
    Wednesday- 1hr water aerobics
    Thursday- 45 minutes water jogging
    Friday- 1 hr water aerobics, 2 hours walking aroudn the zoo, 30 minutes water jogging

    Sat- 1 hour yardwork (planting flowers, weeding)
