Wednesday: Got in 20 minutes of walking during my planning period since it looked like rain. It IS raining now...so I am glad I went. Brought my glucose levels down really well too!
Thursday evening: the blood glucose levels were not good after dinner, so we took a 30 minute walk. It was weird...we got to the neighborhood around the block from ours, and a cat started meowing at us. It turns out it was one of ours and she had followed us 1/2 a mile or more from home! She followed us home again, thankfully! Silly cat! Too bad I don't have a leash for her! The walk did the trick and my bg levels were down 70 points when we got home.
Saturday: Went for another 1 mile walk tonight. It was probably a bit shy of a mile, so we got in maybe 2.25 today. Blood glucose levels are looking better with more exercise....
