  • Tuesday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Wednesday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Monday- 1Hour water Aerobics

    Wednesday- Housework ?? I know it's lame....
  • TUESDAY: 1.5 mile walk
  • Wednesday: 10,321 steps
  • Thursday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Thursday: 1.5 mile walk
  • Friday: 1.25 mile walk (I was tired and sore...)
  • Saturday: I only got 8k steps...most of which were at Costco while shopping.

    Sunday: 3 mile walk around the big loop.
