HAPPY VALENTINES TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went with several ladies from work to Tenn. Friday after work and stayed till Sunday. We had a good time. While we were there they go 8-10 in. snow. Then get back home in NC in my area and nothing. We shopped till we literally dropped. I tried to stay legal, but had to have a piece of bread at the Olive Garden. But I did get ww pasta.

Hope everyone is doing good today.

Well better run, gotta go to work.

Went for a walk tonight. James and I made four rounds in the office park while Tom was jogging. We logged over 6k steps, and I am up to over 9k now, and I only put the pedometer on before we went to walk. I forgot it this morning...so I got in my 10k today. (I usually get between 6k and 8k on days I teach...so for a half day, I got at least 2k...)
