Question Can I have....

I bought the book and have been reading it...I am going grocery shopping this weekend and am gonna start this on Monday. I just have a few questions as to if you can have:

sugar free Jello
sugar free Pudding
Crystal Light
sugar free gum

Hi Kari! If you post questions in the weekly support thread, you will get more response, since that is where everyone checks regularly. I hope you will join us there, and let us get to know you. Its a wonderful group, and so very supportive.

Sugar free pudding probably has starch in it, or flour and so is not legal. Sugar free jello is ok, as is Crystal Light, but in moderation. You don't want to over do it with artificial sweetners. Sugarfree gum is ok too.
