Exercise
Just finished 3 hours of yard work. mowed front , pulled weeds, planted bedding plants. worked up a
pretty good sweat. feels good though

Since I could not make myself get up this morning in time to exercise before work, I had to go for my walk this evening.
I walked 30 minutes - really fast paced! whew it sure is harder to do that at the end of the day rather than first thing! But I got it in today! yippee!

Wasn't in the mood to walk, but got out there anyhow and did my 4.5 miles-of course, afterwards, I was happy I went!

I actually walked yesterday!!!! It took me 45 minutes to do the less than 2 miles that I used to be able to do in about 20 minutes.
I'm so stiff and it's so hard to get back into this....but....I WILL!!

Hi! New to this thread. Hit the gym last night and did 30 minutes of cardio burning 365 calories on the eleptycal bike (which I hate)!
