Since I could not make myself get up this morning in time to exercise before work, I had to go for my walk this evening.
I walked 30 minutes - really fast paced! whew it sure is harder to do that at the end of the day rather than first thing! But I got it in today! yippee! Keep on truckin gang! cathy :wave: |

Wasn't in the mood to walk, but got out there anyhow and did my 4.5 miles-of course, afterwards, I was happy I went!:)

I actually walked yesterday!!!! It took me 45 minutes to do the less than 2 miles that I used to be able to do in about 20 minutes. :(

Hi! New to this thread. Hit the gym last night and did 30 minutes of cardio burning 365 calories on the eleptycal bike (which I hate)!
