Exercise class at the church- great aerobic workout using the step, light weights. Also did some situps. Lasted 45 minutes or so..

Monday: strength training circuit and 2.5 miles elliptical machine
Tues: 1 mile TM, 2.25 miles elliptical
Wed: strength training circuit, 2.5 miles elliptical
