  • MONDAY
    New week to work on and I've already started it with a 4. 5 mile walk
  • Monday- And here I go..... 16 min. on TM..
  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Did my ab tape with hubby last night (Sunday)
    Got to the gym today (Monday)
    5 minutes on eliptical
    upper body on circuit & free weights
    30 minutes hi-lo on treadmill
  • Monday..........

    Hi-ho, Hi-ho, back to routine we go....:

    Got our 3 miles in last night and 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

  • Tuesday- 16 min. on TM...
  • Walk walk walking...LOL
    17 miles so far this week.

    Toni...WTG on the TM time. You are doing great!

    Add another 4.5 miles for me
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 30 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Wed... We are doing it!!!!!! 16 min. on TM....
  • Tues evening: Ab tape with DH

    Wed: Gym - lower body & 30 minutes on treadmill
  • Wed.
    One tired cookie this week. Only got in 3 last night. We walked 5 this morning. I think I need to start taking vitamins.

    Wed: 2 miles elliptical, strength training circuit
