hi i have only posted a couple of times and that was on south beach diet.. has any one done bothe south b and sugar busters?? iam doing south beach and by phase two i see no difference between sugar busters and south?? any one see anything different between them and has anyone had more sucess on one or the other?? thanks!!! julie

I read the SBD in Prevention Magazine and I thought it had an induction like Atkins then the rest of it was Sugar Busters.
