Sunday - abdominal tape
Monday - Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, upper body, 30 minutes on treadmill.
Not sure when I'll get back to the gym. I will be missing Wed. morning since Brittany has an early day at school that day, and I don't want to take Delaney to the gym that early; it's too crowded and overwhelming to her. I will probably go Friday and Saturday.

Got in my 3 miles, barely. Stomach was killing me and Ididn't think I was going to make it. Couldn't handle the wt training though. Hit the couch and stayed there.

Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 34 minutes lower body TBT....

1.75 miles on treadmill
2+ miles in the woods up and down the hills.

Got my 3 miles in plus wt training and floor exercises. I was pooped but successful.

Hey all, i know I'm practically nonexistent anymore, but I wanted to let you know I walked 2 miles MOnday, 3 Tuesday, 3 today!!! I can't wait to get my CPU back!!!!

Walked 2 miles in the morning before work and got my wt training and floor exercises done before heading out to bunco.
