Howdy ya'll. I know I've been a stranger to the exercise board. I almost forgot how to use the treadmill its been so long. My goal this week is to walk 5 hours. I walked 35 minutes this morning. Once I get back in shape I'll go for distance but right now I am blah from lack of exercise the last 3 weeks.
Oh my gosh, it's already the middle of the week and only 3 people have posts on this thread!!! I'm partially to blame because today was the first day I did anything.
30 minutes on TM. Had a pretty easy run for a few minutes, probably 3 minutes because I didn't time it. But it feels good not to be gasping for breath when I decide to jog.
Yesterday (tuesday) I did 50 minutes on the EFX machine. I really need to work some weight training into my program, but for now, this is better than nothing. Going to do it again tomorrow (hopefully) but it depends on my kids' nap schedules. We'll see.
Thursday---31 minutes on the TM this morning. Why is one day easy and one day more difficult. I struggled through just about every single minute today.
