How much weight and in how long have you all lost on sugarbusters? When can I expect to see some results. Also, what is the rule with instant sugarless fatfree pudding? Thanks!
I've lost 32 pounds since last July. But I don't think I really eat totally legal and I probably eat to many carbs. I eat only stone ground breads, and no sugar, but I will eat like mozzarella sticks that most likely have white flour bread crumbs. And I've only recently started going to the gym.
SO! If I had been totally legal done regular exercise I'd most likely have lost more. BUT, I'm still losing, feel great and will most likely never go back to eating all that crappy food I used to.
Most of the "sugar free" stuff has hidden sugars in them, just not listed as sugar.
Federal label laws allow manufacturers to exclude complex sugars from the sugar grams, because they are really starches (like Maltodextrin) or sugar alcohol. I personally feel that if having something, like a pudding, once in a while is going to make you stick to SB the rest of the time then it's worth it.
I did eat legal the first 3 months which helped me lose all the cravings I think.
