Wasn't going to go out today but ended up doing my 4.5 miles in 53:49 AND I broke in a new pair of sneaks-NO BLISTERS!!!!

Well, that wasn't so bad. Today I did a half hour program on the elliptical!!
Hooray Me!
I'm hoping to keep up with a 4 week program I found. Tomorrow is weights!

Did 36 minutes on the TM this morning. Felt good. Could have gone longer, but I had to get in the shower first this morning.

TUESDAY
I did NOT want to go out today
but it was such a gorgeous day I pushed myself. Took me forever to get in my 4.5 miles, an hour and 5 minutes-slower than molasses, but I went!
