Wednesday Morning--

Just finished 45 minutes on the TM. Feeling great! Sweating buckets!!! Wooo hoooo!!!

Good job to everybody who hits hump day with some fierce exercising.

Hey, Monet, what's this? JACKK encourages and I bug??? Okay, I see how it is!! Sort of a good cop/bad cop thing we got going on here. LOL. You are too funny. I'm just glad you stopped talking yourself out of it. And even though we said stuff to you, you have to remember that YOU WERE THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY DID IT!!! So give yourself a pat on the back!!!

Had to go shopping for some groceries and toiletries, sooo, walked around the Target pushing a cart, then walked around the grocery store doing likewise. Weather permitting, I'll take the dogs out tonight--Jasper is bouncing off the walls, but that's usual for him. :hyper:

Boy, Crystle is a hard act to follow!

Day 3, Thursday

30 minutes on the treadmill-

40 minutes pruning roses (I think this is harder than the treadmill..lots of bending, cutting, carrying etc. and boy is it HOT out there!)

CountryMom4Him 03-13-2003 04:09 PM

Monet...

Outside work is hard work. I am so lazy...plus it's cloudy outside. It's getting hot fast this year. It won't be long before we have to start mowing again.

Love,
Crystle

Friday Morning---

Hello!!! Didn't get to post yesterday. Too busy getting into work early for the BEE. Really wanted that five straight days. Perhaps next week.

First let me say, YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING FANTASTIC!!!! There are so many people really committing a chunk of time each day to exercise and that is just so great. Stop right now and give yourself a HUGE pat on the back. Actually pat your BACKSIDES and see if they are any firmer.

So TODAY did 45 minutes on the TM. Also planning to go work in the yard after that. Perhaps I can get the front yard all cleaned up. That would be sweet.

Kim
