I've been strictly on SB for about 4 days, and while I am very motivated, I am feeling a bit 'different', which is making it harder. It's hard to explain: kind of 'foggy headed' and have been getting dull headaches. Yesterday I thought perhaps I hadn't eaten enough, so today I am trying to eat more. I am not really hungry though....
Anyway, I was wondering, does anyone remember going through initial sugar withdrawals, or have any suggestion, comments?...
I would appreciate any SB wisdom...
