  • Monday- WAlked on my treadmill.
  • I love winter! Took the dogs out for a walk Saturday and managed to check out the new dog park in Wheaton Regional Park. Nicer than I thought it'd be. Yesterday, I took the dogs back the Dog Park and also walked them around the nearby lake. Got in some weight training via stopping by my brother's house and taking some of his excess firewood. Filled up the trunk. Had a nice fire on Sunday, so I did some lifting then as well. One day, I'll get a gas insert--today's not the day. That's a wait-until-the-house-is-paid-off purchase (four more years and that sucker's ours! ). Hopefully I'll take the dogs out to the nearby fields tonight.
  • Tuesday did 30 minutes on the treadmill.
  • Yesterday--went for walk at lunchtime and walked the dogs. They love it, even Goldie who's 11 years old and has, among other things, an arthritic shoulder. Her spirit is willing even if her flesh is somewhat weak.
