I was at my Dr. recently, and she suggested that I look at the Sugar Buster diet book. I noticed that they say to make sure your food fits nicely on your plate. Do any of you weigh and measure your food? I do have a WW points booklet that gives portion sizes, should I use that as a guideline? I have been Somersizing, but the food combining is wearing thin. I have noticed that on SB I can eat a lot of the foods I love that were forbidden on SSzing. Aleka
