but managed to get in my 4.5 miles. Took me 53:04.




Was able to get out and do those 4.5 miles in 52:35, a little longer than usual
but at least I went



I ran the longest stretch in months today! I did my usual 4.5 miles and 4.3 of it I jogged without any walking, straight running. Don't know what got in to me, but I sure hope it stays!!!
