  • MONDAY
    Brutally hot out there today but managed to get in my 4.5 miles. Took me 53:04.
  • Oh I did it another day. 15 min. on my Treadmill....
  • 15 min. on my treadmill today.... Can't believe I'm doing it...
  • TUESDAY
    After not sleeping well and getting a late start, I was able to push myself to just walk my 4.5 miles today. With WIW looming over me tomorrow I figured I could use all the help I could get!!!
  • WEDNESDAY
    Another brutal day of heat and humidity, but out I went and did my 4.5 miles in 50:02
  • The Old Treadmill and I had another 15 min. today...
  • THURSDAY
    Another hot one out there! Was able to get out and do those 4.5 miles in 52:35, a little longer than usual but at least I went
  • Hi HO Hi HO its on the treadmill I go...I did my 15 minutes today.
  • FRIDAY
    Only walked my 4.5 miles today, no jogging. Took me 1hr 2 min and 32 seconds - slow
  • Walked Friday and Saturday on the treadmill....
  • SUNDAY
    HAPPY!!!! I ran the longest stretch in months today! I did my usual 4.5 miles and 4.3 of it I jogged without any walking, straight running. Don't know what got in to me, but I sure hope it stays!!!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 27 miles
