My first post on here... hope it won't be the last! Did the Lifetime channel's Denise Austin workouts this morning. It was fun, even if I did feel a bit goofy gyrating around in my living room. At least no one was home to see me!

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill tonight and at least half of that time I was running (instead of a fast walk). Right now im on a 3% incline alternating between 3-4 mph. Going to aim for more treadmill time on Wed and Fri. I wish everyone luck with their workouts!

I did 15 minutes on the treadmill tonight. I wanted a light workout tonight because I think I overworked yesterday. Plus I want to make a habit of this so I wanted to get *some* time in. I think I am going to take time off tomorrow and maybe try some weights or something.

Whew! Just got back from joggin in the neighborhood! It's been a while since I have jogged outside vs. a treadmill. Even though I am going the same speed (approx) it seems that running outside is more taxing on my body. I am taking the day off tomorrow as I don't want to over-train.

Smile Whew...

I started doing an aerobics video last week... I did it once, and the Buns of Steel/Abs of Steel video once... I'm bumping up to 3 times this week... gonna see how I do

Hey.. even once a week is better than the -0- I was doing before! That's what I keep telling myself anyway!

Angry

This week has been different. At church on the 18th I did about 500 squats while taking photos of little kids....so I did not ride my bike on Sunday, but I did do my sit-ups. Monday, I did my arms, but no leg stuff....still too sore! Tues I did the bike for 3 miles and 115 sit-ups. Should get back to "normal" tonight.
