Just had some time to pop in and say hi!
I am doing my cleasing for colonoscopy tomorrow and everything I am drinking is starting to taste the same

I had a lot of plum tomatoes that were going to go to waste, so I chopped them in my small crockpot and they are cooking for tomatoe sauce, boy did I want to just take a bit..and the food commercials on TV are driving me crazy.
It has helped me to really think about my binges I have been on

and why I just can't be thankful and appreciate the good foods I can have and enjoy them. Hopefully this will help be get back on track and try some low GI receipes.
Hi to Pearl, I am new here and no sugar busters is good. I got the Rick Gallop GI diet 13 week plan and his Guide to shopping and eating out. That book puts foods as green (low GI) yellow (medium GI) and Red (high GI) It is very easy to follow. The 13 week book includes recipes and a monthly plan showing all the recipes available.
Crystle: You go girl, that is really good and such an inspiration.
Talitha: thnking of you and have a good week. Eden will be here when she is ready. I know that doesn't help when you are late, both my children were 10 month babies. I had so much stress with my first that I developed preclamcia....so for the 2nd I just waited. Take care of yourself. I saw your post about following the sugar busters, but don't know enough to help you.
Hi to everyone and thanks for being here for each other
Check in again in a while. Sue ; - )
