I will be starting on Sugar Busters in a couple of days and had a question.
I've read that the limit is 3 grams of sugar. Is that per meal, per snack, per ingredient? For example, if I cook a meal with more than one ingredient and have more than one type of food in it, can the whole meal have up to 3 grams of sugar, or can each food item have up to 3 grams of sugar?
I hope my question makes sense.
