This is what I had on Monday-not my fill of calories cause I wasn't feeling up to par that day.

This totaled 1060calories, 42 grams of fat, 95 grams of carbs, 92 grams of protein, 15.5grams of fiber and 310 grams of calcium. Once again, wasn't feeling well, so this wasn't typical of my usual eating, but thought I'd post it anyhow since I journaled that day.
