Well yesterday was my appointment with the Dietian and she basically told me all the stuff I already knew, (sugar is bad) I told her that I haven't eaten sugar for about 3 months now and that I'm working quite regularly, treadmill & weights. But I still am not seeing any difference!!! The appointment lasted about 1 1/2 and at the end of the appointment she took my blood sugar and it was 60-61, I had eaten about 2 hours ago. And she said that it was alittle up it should be lower, so she says that I may have a low tolerance to sugar. She started me on a plan to cut my carbs down to 30-45 carbs per meal. I have another appointment in late Jan.
