I am a newbie and I work out every other day at the health club. It seems everyday was too exhausting and also I was getting injuries from lifting. At the every other day pace, I may not say goody I get to go workout, but I don't mind going and I don't need a pep talk to get me there. I cycle on level 4 for 17 minutes,
11 minutes on the cross trainer (the first time I only did 30 seconds) and then I work out on lifting machines. The thing I really, really, really hate doing is sit ups.
