Default I haven't failed.....

“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work” - Thomas Edison

I have been reading posts all day trying to get motivated. I am very motivated one minute (usually at the end of the day when I have gone to bed). All these thoughts about what I am going to do to lose the weight. Then morning comes and I don't do any of them. I wish you burned more calories reading posts...I'd be at goal!

I think that is the same way I feel everyday! I lay in bed every night thinking if I do this I can get this done. well it never happens that way. I love your qoutes!

There's not a night that goes by that I don't fall asleep thinking about my weight loss goals. I even dream that I eat the wrong foods. Last night I dreamt I ate 4 krispy kreme donuts. I do wake every morning and try to stick to my plan. I don't always do what I should, but I keep trying and that is what counts in the long run. Good luck to both of you.
