Default The Plateau Is Broken !!!!!

I haven't jumped on the scale in about 3 weeks because I didn't want to be depressed. But it's finally over, the 5 week plateau is so BUSTED.
My regular weigh in day is Friday but I noticed that my favorite jeans were kinda baggy today, so I was brave and stepped on the scale. WOOHOO I also pulled out the measuring tape. I lost 2.5 pounds, lost an inch off my waist, 5 off of my chest, 2 inches from my hips, and 2 inches off each thigh.
Sorry for rambling on but I am soooo happy. I almost burst into tears.

>>insert happy dance here<<< LOL

I'm done now.....

Heck, yeah, ramble all you want, you deserve it! Congratulations on busting the plateau and keep doing that happy dance (it burns calories)!

Cue that funky music... Let's boogie!

Great Job
Thank goodness you didn't give up. I too recently experienced a 4 week plateau and I know its not easy to keep going.
Keep up the good work.
