Default Made My 35 pound mark

Well I thought I would chime in after reading around in here a while. I hit my 35 pounds gone goal. I am less then half the way donefor now . I started Sept 6th 2006 the day my girls went back to school to make a change and new life style. So I would say 8 months isn't two bad. I want to post pics but I think I am going to hold off for my 40 or 45 pounds gone. I have dropped a few sizes I am back in the teens 22 to 18 so far woohoooo. I have invested in a treadmill since I started and HRM I am waiting for. I keep rewarding my self with tools to keep this life style going. Well I hope to be back to share soon.

Thank you all. I wasn't sure if I had lost enough to come brag yet. But it is nice to tell someone. I really started with baby steps. Added drinking water at least half my wiehgt in oz . Cut out any night snacks none. No eating after my dinner. Don't order French fries out. I think I have had freis 4 times in almost 8 Months. My big thing was bordem eating . I do Childcare so I am around snacks and food alot at times. Rest time I would crave any thing just to sit and relax and eat for a stress relief.

I don't count cal well kinda. I think I do something like that cycleing cal thing I was reading in another area. I just know what I should have verses having everything I want. Portion control and lots of exerciseing. I kinda live in my work out cloths I have them on maybe three times in a day. I try to have a good support team a few freinds that have gone thru this or in process right now I am lucky I carry my weight well or did. I didn't look my weight as much as some do. I have a nice hour glass shape and good muscle tone I feel. Just getting off all the extra. So I can see it all more. My heart rate monetor just came in the mail so I am excited to hook up to that.
THanks again. You all are a insperation to me . I read and see 100s of pounds shed by some of you......WOW to be there I would love it. But I do not deprive myself have my treats and just make up for it on a another day.

Keep moving....
