i had just gone shopping and got this really pretty pink silk camisal and i got a black crocetted shrug to go over it, so today i wore that with a pair of dark blue abercrombie jeans and wedges, and my one friend told me i looked thin. it kind of made my day. i dont feel thin at all but it made me happy for someone to say i looked thin.

oh i know, it just felt so great to hear that. i havent heard that in so long, and i'll have to remember that the next time i am feeling well fat or discouraged!

Actually I kinda get embaressed when people at work say I look skinny. Because I know Im not and I sure dont feel like it. I know that I look skinnier but skinnier and skinny are two different things. Congrats on all your progress. I bet you look wonderful.

I know exactly how you feel. But I know they mean well so I just try to take the compliment in stride smile and say 'thank you'. I figure I’m in training for when I'm actually not fat.

It's so important to wear clothes that fit well - they make all the difference. (I think I've been watching too much "What Not to Wear" on TLC. )
