Down 1 pound!!!

It's not much but it's something. With the college teachers strike over, I'm back to marching through the college from class to class. Great for taking off the pounds!

I forgot to post my weigh in last Wednesday, even though it was pretty exciting (a new 10 year low) but considering what's happened the rest of this week, I'm going to post early this week anyway! Whew!

First of all, my official weigh-in for Weds April 5th was 259.5 (down from 262). I was super excited about that, I haven't weighed under 260 since I first moved to Orlando in 1998. Yippee!! But then, I lost another couple of pounds by Friday, and then another couple of pounds yesterday... I dunno why, my cals in/out don't add up for a 7 pound loss, but I am having the Killer TOM from Outer Space right now. Anyway, as of this morning I am at 255.5.... I'm flabbergasted... (Ouch, no pun intended!)

Now I'm really looking forward to my doctor appointment at the end of the month. In January she told me she wanted me to lose 10 pounds by the end of April... if this keeps up I'll have lost 25! And look at my ticker! I'm almost halfway there... holy guacamole, Batman!

And finally, congratulations to everyone for all of your hard work this week, whether you lost or not, you still deserve a cheer for busting bum!

And what, did someone say "Play that funky music"?
(funky music) (I love the night life... I've got to boogie...)

Hey everyone! My weigh in day is today, so I'll post today's progress. Down two pounds!! Whoo!! I've had a real steady two pound a week loss going for a few weeks now. I'm so happy. It feels wonderful! I thought I wouldn't lose this week because I was so busy I hardly had time to exercise, but somehow that didn't matter. Maybe the fact that I've been parking as far away as I can from the door every morning for school has helped. I dunno, but whatever it is, I'm very excited!

197 this week, and it's TOM, and I spent the week totally off plan due to trying to work two jobs and pack to move. The move is done (yay for a house to play in!) and I'm back on track this morning. Exercise is still going to be a challenge this week, but will hopefully be making a serious comeback next week...

I need to get the weight moving down again!

Down 2 pounds to 193 as of Sunday morning.

I'm 2 pounds down past my Easter goal - and I'm early!!!

Guessing this is due to stress and chronic over-load, as I just got a 1 week notice that I have to move. I'm upgrading from a room rental (bedroom and bathroom) to a 3 bedroom house!

So much to do - and no time to do it. Plus - add work on new house, and yardwork for extra cash and getting old home ready to move ....... and *POOF* weight loss!

Can't wait to see what I'm down to by the time the move is OVER!
