It's time for the general 3FC weighin in thread. Everyone is welcome to join. just jump in and let us know how you're doing whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.
Me: 196.5, up half a pound from last week. Ugh. Second half pound gain in a row, and several months of having a significantly reduced weight loss rate. I know what the problem is, the weekends. I've taken both those days as more or less "free" days (though I don't pig out on cookies, candy, or ice-cream... much). This worked fine when I was well over 200 pounds, but now that I am in a lighter range I need to rethink this. So, from here on out, on one of these days (Sunday, most weeks) I will log what I eat, and keep myself at 1200 calories or less. New weight, new tactics, and hopefully, new successes!
AFternoon Tealeaf!!! I am soooo proud to report my 2 pound loss this week!!! I am so excited to be down to 171!!! I am almost in the 160's!!! I can't wait. I think i'll be there by my birthday for sure!!! I can't wait. I am loving this new lifestyle of mine!!!

I keep flirting with all the help here at the radio station. we have 3 very cute guys here, 2 are dj's and one is the engineer, and I am flirting with all 3 of them. One is a friend of mine now, and he just got married, the other one i have a date with Sunday, and the 3rd one is a new guy and he is super duper cute!!)
I’ve been weighing every day so I don’t really have an official “weigh in day”. I’ve been meaning to enter the data in Excel and make myself some nifty charts a la the Hacker’s Diet http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/e4/signalnoise.html. This morning I weighed in at 176.5, that’s the second time this week I’ve weighed in at 176.something. I may just make my April 20 goal of 175 ahead of schedule, yay!
I gain 1 pound this week. It looks like it is the 1 pound yo yo week. To make things more positive I have not measure my body for a month so it is time to measure.
I lost
1 inch in the waist
1 inch in the hips
1/2 inch in the thigh
So I guess I'll have to take that as progress instead!!
Hey, a weigh in I can finally jump in on!! Because I'm down. I weighed in at 183 this afternoon, down from 190 last week. Explanation: I just got off my period a few days ago, and I hold on to water like crazy. Last month it was 14 pounds!! Some of that was fat though. I still lost 9 pounds in a week though last month. Does anyone else retain over 5 pounds of water? That's ridiculous. This month, I think I didn't gain any fat and was only retaining water. I have no idea how much water, so I don't really know how many ACTUAL pounds I lost. I'm guessing 2, that's been normal for me lately. Hee hee so close to the 170's. I do believe I will see them this month.
Hi... I'm new here But since I'm on time for this weigh-in thread, I thought I'd give it a go.
This morning I was 127.5 and I want to measure but I think I'll wait until 125 or 120 to measure because it's so sad when you don't see a difference
Example: I've lost 21 pounds... and about 1 inch off of each thigh. That's not normal, right? I don't know... but congrats on all the losses girls and good luck this week for those of you who didn't lose.
I don't know my weight... and I'm kind of afraid to look. I've been off the wagon for a bit, so I think I'll just wait for a while and then weigh in later on.
224.5, down 5 from last time I posted.. which is weird but all last month my body held on tight to weight for a long time and so I guess maybe it was time to release them

I was at 273 today... down one from last week, total down 25
I lost another 5 pounds this week. Thats two weeks in a row. Not sure whats going on but I'm going with it. I am now at a total of 40 lbs gone!!!
I met my mini goal of 40 lbs by my DD's b-day (5/2) so I am aiming for another 5 pounds gone before then.
