FINALLY!! I hit the 10 lb mark!

It's taken me just over 2 months, but I guess it's better than nothing. It's my own darn fault it's taken this long, I can't seem to stick to diet for more than a couple days without cheating in some way. I've been on the weight loss rollercoaster since I was about 12 years old(my mom took me to a "Weight Losers" meeting around that time. Looking back I looked just fine, well, maybe a little bit chubby, but that was the beginning of my trip down the Self-Loathing Lane

.) Anyway, I'm trying to do the WW points on my own, have been member a couple times and have all the materials. I try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week, and maybe fit in a TAE-BO workout when I can. I know it sounds like just another excuse, but I have 3 kids, 7 years old and younger, and work full-time, can't seem to find any more extra time than that. If you can offer any words of encouragement to help me stick to it better, please do!! --Gina
