Smile the hubster

Well, after a couple of rough weeks, my husband is no longer sabotoging my diet! In fact, he has done a 180 and has become very supportive. Sonoma has changed my eating habits so much that when he was bringing in the junk, I wasn't reacting at all to it. Yesterday my son asked him to get him something from the grocery store and he brought me back a Sonoma cookbook that he had found at the check out counter. I told him that that made me feel so much better than him bringing home the cookies.

He told me over the weekend that he only wants to eat the food that is listed on the diet because my complexion looks so much better and he can tell that I have more energy.

Awwwwww, that's great news! It means so much to have the support of loved ones. And funny you should bring this up...my husband just bought the Sonoma cookbook for me last night! Granted, he loves the food anyway but it was still thoughtful of him!

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHhh I spoke too soon. Today is my birthday and because it was my birthday, he got me a box of kahlua flavored chocolate.

His explanation was, well, I know you can have dark chocolate and this is dark!!

Oh well, I may splurge and have one and once the box is opened, it won't take long for them to disappear without my help!

LOL yah the guy is kind of in a tough spot. Trying to remember your birthday and still be supportive. Good for him! Yah, open the box and eat one and leave it set out for the "vultures" to get LOL

And really, how cute that he gave it some thought and knows you're allowed to have dark chocolate (though maybe not Kahlua, hehe)? That's adorable!

That's great that he is now supportive. The support that my husband has given me has been a life saver. He doesn't do the low-carb lifestyle with me, but he is wonderful. The best thing mine did was tell me to feel free to buy any new clothes that I needed while I am losing weight. I have took full advantage of this, Lol and he hasn't minded a bit.

It is so great to have a support system in the ones you care about. I'm so happy that my boyfriend supports me to the fullest.
