I'm always happy for people who are getting healthier but just to clarify...you have lost 30 lbs in two months? Just make sure you are doing this a healthy way, this is 4 lbs a week which is a lot more than most health professionals recommend...you want to be thin but not sick right? Let's make sure that we are encouraging each other not only to be skinny but to be doing it the right way so that we know we can sustain and maintain! Take care!

Thanks for your concern! I am definately being healthy about this, that is my whole goal, to be healthy, not neccessarily skinny (although not a bad side effect, lol). I am eating WAYYYYY healthier than I ever have (clean/fresh foods) and exercising 4-5 times a week as opposed to never like I was before. I know I have lost fast but that is because I went from an all grease diet & sitting literaly all day to eating healthy & moving. I'm sure the loss will slow down and that is fine with me (only lost 1 pound this week) as long as I keep getting healthier. I am not hungry, nor deprived. If I want something, I eat some, although I am usually let down by it. I don't count calories but I estimate I am eating about 1500 a day.
I agree that we should all be focusing on getting healthy for life, not just being skinny. I am thankful that people care enough to ask.
