Thanks for your concern! I am definately being healthy about this, that is my whole goal, to be healthy, not neccessarily skinny (although not a bad side effect,lol). I am eating WAYYYYY healthier than I ever have (clean/fresh foods) and exercising 4-5 times a week as opposed to never like I was before. I know I have lost fast but that is because I went from an all grease diet & sitting literaly all day to eating healthy & moving. I'm sure the loss will slow down and that is fine with me (only lost 1 pound this week) as long as I keep getting healthier. I am not hungry, nor deprived. If I want something, I eat some, although I am usually let down by it. I don't count calories but I estimate I am eating about 1500 a day.
I agree that we should all be focusing on getting healthy for life, not just being skinny. I am thankful that people care enough to ask.
