A numbers victory
Just wanted to share my victories. No one seems to care at home, lol, so I thought I would share with you all.
Weight lost since 1/28: 30 pounds!:D Inches lost since 2/25: 19.5!:carrot: |

I'm always happy for people who are getting healthier but just to clarify...you have lost 30 lbs in two months? Just make sure you are doing this a healthy way, this is 4 lbs a week which is a lot more than most health professionals recommend...you want to be thin but not sick right? Let's make sure that we are encouraging each other not only to be skinny but to be doing it the right way so that we know we can sustain and maintain! Take care!

Awesome, glad you didn' take offence, I just think it's important that we support each other not only in cheering but also in accountability for doing it the right way, not always the quick way. As long as you're eating enough and just working your butt off then congrats! Keep up the awesome work.

It's great that you are doing so well and in a healthful way! I tend to lose really quickly at first too and then it slows down. And like you I feel so much better when I am eating properly... and when we DO choose to indulge a bit in some of our "old friend" foods we find they are not nearly as appealing as we thought they would be LOL
