I"m still at 183...stuck for the third week in a row. I think this week coming up is AF week, so I'm pretty much betting there won't be a loss until the week after. Man..I wanna see the 170's so bad....I"m so close, but it still feels so far away [sigh]

wow! everyone's doing great!

Good going, Annie!!

This is my first weigh in in a couple of weeks. I was out of town, and then I sprained my ankle running and couldn't exercise for a while. I decided it was best not to torture myself with the scale while I was recovering.

Everything's back to normal now and... (drumroll, please) I've lost another 1.5 pounds, bringing me to a total of 50

I'm SO excited. It's taken forever for me to get this far. Yay!

I'm down 2.25 this week to bring me to 133 and half way to my goal! Woo Hoo, I'm so psyched and can't wait until I get there!

I've had weeks where I've gone up and then had a nice drop the next week so just keep plugging away gals!

I'm not losing much this month ! Yesterday weight was 183.6...Today was a very unhealth day for me, I have got to get my booty to the gym tonight ! Weekends are always so difficult for me, why oh why No exercise yesterday but my calories weren't as bad as today... Tomorrow is a new day right?! Good health everyone..

I still weighed in at 153, which is good since It's my TOM....That means I will have at least a 2 pound loss for next week!

Thanks for the support - I appreciate it. It always seems to take longer when you get that close. 1 lb to get there. I am doing a low carb diet - I am calling this phase 2. A year ago - I started at 196, and kept most of it off, so I am hoping to go all of the way this time. I started exercising last week, so maybe that will give me the boost I need.

I'm still holding steady right around 196.5/197. I've plateaued here for going on 6 weeks now.

Though - I am noticing some of those body shift changes - like being able to pinch my shoulder blade for the first time

I'm starting the exercise again - hardcore next week after my big weekend work event - gotta let myself catch up.

Hi everyone :O) So the weekend has taken it's toll on my weight After coffee/breakfast my weight was at 187 (again)!! What is it about that weight, my body seems to really enjoy this weight I cannot seem to get away from it...Today I did a little extra at my gym so hopefully this will help, I'm determined to lose weight :O)

Well down 2 pounds bring me to 245 I am 4 pounds from reaching 241 where I was before gaining 15 pounds back so here I come 241
