I'm sorry if you have already answered this question (if so please direct me to it) but how did you lose the weight?
I have been doing aerobic exercise for the last year and a half and eating sensibly, but have not lost anything...my body looks different, re-shaped in a way, but I would really like to see more noticable changes!
I have recently joined a gym so that I can build up my muscle again (I was only doing aerobic stuff for a long time) and hope this will help.
Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated!
