Talking Ahhhh!!!

OMG OMG OMG! I'm so freaking excited. My mom did something with the scale about a week and a half ago (because we're re-doing the bathroom it was in) and I had no idea where it went. So I was just like... okay... I won't weigh myself at all and see what happens. Well... It was out this morning... and I lost 3 lbs!! I'm so excited!!! This is the first time I've been below 220 in three months and I'm so excited! I just started doing turbo jam and I've been eating as healthy and clean as possible. I didn't think it was paying of but it really is!!!

218.5!!!!!!!!!!

YAY!!!!!!

I know this isn't much of a success story but I'm just so excited that I had to share.

In the exercise forum there's a big big thread about it. It's kind of like tae-bo but more dancy. It's really fun and I like it alot.

That rocks! 3 lbs is GREAT ... if you lost that every week, or shot even every other week, you would lose 78 lbs a year
