Smile Before and During Pics....
Hello Guys,...errr......Gals....

After absorbing great advice from here, I managed to lose 10lbs.
I don't currently have any full body shots (which I regret not taking),but here's a photo of my before and during.

I think, if anything, I've managed to lose some of that awful double chin.

I still have another 20 or so to go but this was a great start.

This is embarassing, but here goes.....

It's truley amazing what a mere 10 pound difference makes isn't it? You look awesome and must feel better too!

i had to study the picture to make sure it was the same person. yep, it is. i can definately see some loss in your pics. great job!! keep up the good work. that is awesome!!!

I have to say .. you make me want to post some of my before and after pics too, but not sure I have the courage to do it. Maybe. I'll have to see if I can use my father's scanner to scan a couple pics of me before at my heaviest.

There is so much support and wonderful ladies here.

I know how hard it is....but it is great motivation when someone says something nice and positive....It gives me drive to continue....
