Default A ha!!!

Well, girls, I've been waiting for this to come....as of 5 days ago, I'm officially 1/3 of the way to my 21st birthday goal!!! I've been O.P. for 3 months, and have lost 50, count em 50 pounds!!!

Now before you all ask if I'm doing this healthfully, the answer is YES!

I'm on the South Beach diet, and do cardio dance nearly everyday...which has contributed a LOT to my loss!

I'm just so EXCITED, as I haven't been under 300 pounds in YEARS, and hopefully I'll see it this weigh-in!

NSV as well...my size 24s are falling off! Yay!!!

Sorry, I'm just so EXCITED! And more motivated than EVER!

Kayley - you rock! When is your next weigh-in, Saturday? I can't wait to hear that you made the two's! I think when I do I am going to try and take a picture of the numbers on the scale so I can remember that moment.

My "official" weigh-in is on Sunday! Although, I KNOW I won't be able to wait that long! But I won't report anything until then....heh.

Congratulations Kaley! That's wonderful! I can't believe you did it so fast too, that takes a lot of consistency and willpower. I'm so proud of you!

Congratulations Kayley! I have watched your journey so far with interest as I can see that you are so determined to do this and you are doing so many right things to get you there. Your gradual increase with your exercise has been wonderful to see. You always seem so excited to get a workout in, which is wonderful.

I look forward to hearing good news on Sunday. But... as many people have told me... don't be worried if the scales aren't on your side this week, because the new clothes fitting is definitely telling you that you ARE doing a great job!

Take care, And KEEP DANCING!

Zelma

Hi Kayley... I am another one who has watched your progress and been impressed with your sensible plan and eating enough calories and good food to keep you going so you can live with the plan and stick with it! Zelma has a good point too about not getting discouraged if the scale doesn't go your way this week... it happens to all of us and things fluctuate. Whether it is THIS Sunday or not, you ARE on your way and crossing that big goal step SOON! Woo hoo
